10 am pst tuesday. 


* seas...very steep at 17 to 21 feet...subsiding 14 to 16 feet after
  midnight...then to 11 to 14 feet tuesday morning. seas are 
  expected to subside below 10 feet by tuesday afternoon.

  impact all areas through late this evening. small craft advisory
