  morning hours. winds may strengthen further late tuesday

* seas...wind driven steep seas will range from 5 to 8 feet
  through tuesday afternoon with seas peaking in the afternoons
  and evenings. steep seas are expected to increase to 6 to 9 feet
  late tuesday afternoon and tuesday evening. 

* areas affected...small craft advisory conditions will affect
  most areas from cape blanco beyond 2 nm from shore and near
  capes. small craft advisory seas and winds could spread to all
  of the area tuesday evening.
