* what...south winds 15 to 25 kt, except up to 30 kt with gusts to
  35 kt this morning in the vicinity of cape blanco southward.
  southerly winds will diminish to 5 to 15 kt for all areas this
  afternoon. steep to very steep seas of 8 to 14 feet will
  continue.

* where...warning level conditions for very steep seas for nearly
  the entire area except areas sheltered from southerly seas such
  as areas within 5 nm north of coos bay. advisory conditions are
  expected for all areas.

* when...for the hazardous seas warning, until 1 pm pst this 
  afternoon. for the small craft advisory, from 1 pm this 
  afternoon to 10 pm pst this evening.

* impacts...very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage
  vessels. bar crossing will become especially treacherous. low
  visibility conditions are expected, at times.
