* impacts...strong winds will create dangerous sea conditions

  conditions mainly beyond 5 nm from shore north of port orford.

* when...for the hazardous seas warning, from 4 am to 4 pm pst 
  friday. for the small craft advisory, until 2 am pst sunday.

* impacts...very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or 
  damage vessels. bar crossings will become especially 
  treacherous.
