* forecast...the river will continue to fall to below flood stage by 
  early tomorrow.
* impact...at 21.0 feet...flood waters will rise above low spots on 
  copeland road near harper. butte drive will be flooded with water 
  greater than 1 foot deep. flood waters will cover portions of 
  airport road and russel road southwest of vale. the area near the 
  36th street bridge upstream from ontario will flood with water 
  flowing over low spots on malheur drive. debris damming on the 36th
  street bridge may be a problem.

  the warned area. at 8:00 pm the river stage at mark west creek was
  at 56.19 feet which is just above the minor flood stage of 55
  feet. the creek will continue to gradually recede through the week.

  the vicinity of mark west creek.

  occurs. more buildings are threatened from lakeport to clearlake

  to fluctuate near 216.0 ft thru late tomorrow evening.

* impact...near 214.0 feet, between two hundred thirteen and two 
  hundred fourteen feet the county park becomes inaccessible. at two 
  hundred forteen feet water begins to enter driftwood rv fishing 
  resort on east bank of river and just north of the county park.
* impact...near 213.0 feet, flood stage - road inside trailer park and
  turn around site under rr tracks (tehama/vina road) become 
  impassible. water is into area around structures on east side of 
  river. no structural damage. sheriff's office issues advisory. 
  makes sure pelhams bay, snug harbor, river inn (small trailer parks
  all in a row on east side of river north of bridge) know of 
  advisory.
* impact...near 210.0 feet, water into rv park on east side of river. 
  tires of trailers get wet.
