the national weather service in baltimore md/washington has
issued a coastal flood advisory...which is in effect from
midnight tonight to 10 am edt sunday.
* tidal anomaly...around one foot above normal.
* timing...near high tide late tonight into sunday morning.
* expected impacts...minor shoreline inundation.
