which will occasionally be encountered.
.synopsis...a 30.4 inch high stretches from northern quebec
through the central mississippi valley and it will slowly move
over eastern quebec and new england sunday night. a 29.4 inch low
moves over the dakotas sunday night then moves over the midwest at
29.5 inches tuesday morning. there is a lot of variability with
the path of this low but it will impact the lake mid next week.
one model has the low deepening to 28.9 inches over lake superior
wednesday while another has a 28.9 inch low over lake erie. either
way the low will shift over james bay thursday evening with the
next low moving over the southern plains.

.synopsis...a 30.4 inch ridge over the upper great lakes will drift
eastward into the canadian maritimes by late in the weekend. a 29.5
inch low pressure taking shape in alberta on sunday will slide
southeast through the northern plains on monday before stalling over
the upper mississippi valley on tuesday. this low will then be
absorbed by a rapidly developing 28.9 inch low over the central
great lakes on wednesday. meanwhile...a 30.0 inch ridge will build
across the northern high plains.
