  within the florida straits...where wind opposing current will
  heighten and steepen waves. seas of 3 to 5 feet will continue in
  hawk channel...and seas of 4 to 6 feet will impact waters in 
  the extreme se gulf of mexico around rebecca shoal channel and 
  the dry tortugas waters.
