.as low pressure continues across the plains, with high pressure
across the gulf of mexico, the pressure gradient continues to 
keep moderate to strong southeasterly winds across the lower 
texas coastal waters. gusts to gale force are still possible over
the next hour or two, with hazardous seas continuing into
wednesday. expect rough bay conditions across the laguna madre
with winds staying elevated through this afternoon and tonight.
