mid afternoon across the central eastern north carolina
waters...
.a cold front will become stationary just southeast of the north
carolina waters today while high pressure builds in from the
north. this will result in moderate north to northeast flow of 15
to 20 knots across the waters through thursday. 4 to 6 foot seas
over the outer central waters will subside to 3 to 5 feet by mid
afternoon and continue through thursday.
