the national weather service in hanford ca has issued a

* urban and small stream flood advisory for...
  central fresno county in central california...
  south central mariposa county in central california...
  central madera county in central california...
  north central tulare county in central california...

* until 930 am pst monday

* at 1125 pm pst, doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  moderate to heavy rain which will cause urban and small stream
  flooding in the advisory area. high water flows have been reported
  along the north fork of willow creek.

* some locations that will experience flooding include...
  oakhurst, yosemite lakes, bootjack, three rivers, mariposa, metcalf
  gap, shadequarter mtn, mountain rest, fence meadow, grant grove,
  big meadows, case mountain, shaver lake, lodgepole, coarsegold,
  squaw valley, pinehurst, hurley, auberry and trimmer springs.

  yolo bypass near lisbon

.the yolo bypass near lisbon is expected to reach flood stage monday morning and
remain above flood stage for the next three or four days. clear lake at lakeport
is expected to rise to near flood stage by late monday evening.
elsewhere, overflow from fremont weir into the yolo bypass will continue. 

forecasts are based on present and forecasted meteorological and 
hydrologic conditions at time of issuance.

precautionary/preparedness actions...

unlisted forecast points are expected to remain below monitor stage.
all those affected by river conditions should remain alert for rapid 
changes and for possible forecast revisions.

through the lower sacramento river system leading to river rises.
minor flooding for the yolo bypass near lisbon will continue. with 
only showers expected for monday, most locations on the lower 
sacramento river will likely crest on tuesday.

* from late tonight until further notice.
* at  2:15 pm sunday the stage was 18.7 feet.
* minor flooding is forecast.
* expected to rise above flood stage of  19.0 ft tomorrow morning 
  then forecast to rise to near  19.5 ft late tuesday morning then 
  forecast to fluctuate near 19.5 ft thru tuesday afternoon.
* flood stage 19.0 ft
* monitor stage 13.0 ft
* impact...near 19.0 feet, mound farms and senator outing duck club 
  are flooded.
* impact...near 16.0 feet, glide in ranch is completely flooded.
* impact...near 15.0 feet, county road 155 is flooded west of the 
  golden sprig duck club.
* impact...near 14.0 feet, skyrakers duck club ponds begin to flood.
* impact...near 13.0 feet, flood waters extend approximately 1 mile 
  west of the tow drain downstream of the lisbon gage.
* impact...near 12.0 feet, county road 107 is flooded.
* impact...near 11.0 feet, glide in ranch & mound farms begin to 
  flood.
* impact...near 10.5 feet, local roads on the east side of the yolo 
  bypass south of the i-80 causeway are flooded.
* impact...near 9.5 feet, yolo bypass flooding extends 1/4 mile west. 
  no structural damage is occurring.
