specific times. Please refer to the time and date in the upper right corner
of the map. Indicated time is TX-central local time. The vectors (arrows)
represent prevailing wind direction. A wind vector pointing down represents
wind blowing from north to south, and is commonly referred as a "north
wind". Please refer to color legend below for indication of wind velocity.
