...dense fog in bays and nearshore waters this morning and gale
warning sunday...

.patchy fog will dissipate later this morning as surface winds
become southwest and slowly increase. later...gale conditions are
likely behind a cold front from late saturday night through sunday
evening. before the front arrives... more fog development is
possible and some of it could become dense requiring another dense
fog advisory.

* winds...increasing saturday night into sunday...west to
  northwest 25 to 35 knots with gusts up to 45 knots.

* seas...increasing late saturday night into sunday...5 to 7 feet nearshore
  and 9 to 12 feet offshore with occasional heights up to 15 feet
  offshore.


precautionary/preparedness actions...

a gale warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occuring. operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. it is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.
