coastal waters early beginning early saturday morning and
continuing through early sunday morning. the strongest winds will
be in the outer coastal waters near san clemente island. winds
will diminish during the day sunday.

* winds...west to northwest 15 to 20 knots with gusts to 25
knots...strongest near san clemente island.
precautionary/preparedness actions...
a small craft advisory for wind means that wind speeds of 21 to
33 knots are expected. inexperienced mariners...especially those
operating smaller vessels should avoid navigating in these
conditions.
