...areas of dense fog across the outer coastal waters this
areas of dense fog with visibilities of 1 nm or less...and one
quarter mile or less at times...will continue over the coastal
waters this morning. conditions will likely continue until around
noon today. mariners should be prepared for abrupt visibility
changes down to one nautical mile or less. reduce speeds...watch
for exposed rocks and other vessels...and use radar if available.
mariners should check the forecast and current conditions prior
to getting underway and should consider remaining in harbor
through late this morning.
