* above normal water releases will continue out of friant dam for 
  the next several days and bring a threat of minor flooding along 
  and adjacent to the san joaquin river downstream to mendota.

* the canby gauge on the pit river in modoc county has fallen below 
  flood stage but flows will still remain high through lassen county 
  this weekend. reports from the bieber area still have the river 
  above bank full and areas along the river could still experience 
  effects from flooding. 

* some locations that will experience flooding include...
  big valley including nubieber and bieber...and pittville.

  west of the tow drain downstream of the lisbon gage.

* impact...near 11.0 feet, glide in ranch & mound farms begin to 
  flood.
* impact...near 10.5 feet, local roads on the east side of the yolo 
  bypass south of the i-80 causeway are flooded.
