tuesday.
* winds: northerly winds of 10 to 15 kt tonight will turn more
northwesterly at 15 to 25 kt with gusts to 30 kt tuesday
morning...lasting into the afternoon hours.
precautionary/preparedness actions...
a small craft advisory for wind means that wind speeds of 21 to
33 knots are expected. inexperienced mariners...especially those
operating smaller vessels should avoid navigating in these
conditions.
