precautionary/preparedness actions...
a gale warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are occurring...or
forecast to occur within the next 24 to 36 hours. operating a
vessel in gale conditions requires experience and properly

* bay waters...choppy to rough.
* water levels...around 2 feet below normal near morgans point
slowly rising on the incoming tide. tide levels should return to
around 1 foot below normal this afternoon.
* currents...strong currents are likely. shoaling will be possible
in some of the shallow locations this afternoon.
precautionary/preparedness actions...
a low water advisory means water levels are expected to be
significantly below average. mariners should use extreme caution
and transit at the slowest safe navigable speed to minimize
impact.
