                       are possible in the surf zone. remember to
                       swim near a lifeguard and with a non-inflatable
                       flotation device, such as a life jacket and
                       boogie board.

                       sunglasses when outside, and use sunscreen
                       of spf 30 or higher. reduce exposure by
                       seeking shade during the midday hours.
