.a strong area of low pressure will move across the south central
united states then up the east coast by monday. west to northwest
winds of gale force are expected over the gulf waters today until
6 am monday morning. these winds will result in small craft 
advisory conditions over the coastal lakes and bays, with low 
water advisory conditions developing on sabine and calcasieu lakes
sunday morning.
