east central florida today. the greatest threat for rip currents 
will occur through 11 am this morning and again from 5 pm this 
afternoon into the evening hours due to tidal effects. check with 
local beach patrol for more information about ocean hazards, and 
always swim within sight of a lifeguard. never swim alone.
