* winds...south winds will increase to near 20 knots and gusty except
on the coastal waters adjacent to the upper keys including florida
bay.
* waves/seas...seas will build to as high as 7 to 8 feet on the
waters in and around dry tortugas to rebecca shoal light and
southward.
precautionary/preparedness actions...
a small craft advisory means that wind speeds of 20 to 33 knots...
or seas of 7 feet or greater...are expected to produce hazardous
conditions for small craft. inexperienced boaters...especially
those with smaller vessels...should avoid operating in these
conditions.

* waves/seas...seas increasing to 3 to 5 feet by tuesday
afternoon.

a small craft advisory means that wind speeds of 21 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
inexperienced mariners...especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.
