small hail...wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph and torrential rainfall are
expected with this storm.

heavy rainfall and minor flooding.

over wise...moving southeast at 15 mph. scattered showers and 
isolated thunderstorms will also be affecting parts of lee... scott 
and russell counties of southwestern virginia. these storms could 
intensify briefly during the heat of the late afternoon and early
evening.

winds in excess of 30 mph and pea sized hail will be possible with 
any of the strong storms.
