low pressure 29.60 inches will consolidate over the upper
mississippi river valley today and deepen to 29.20 inches over the
northern lake on wednesday. this system will extend a strong cold
front across the lake on wednesday. the low will be slow to move
through ontario and quebec on thursday and friday and a residual
trough averaging 29.80 inches will remain across the lake,
weakening with time. high pressure 30.50 inches will enter for 
saturday.
