southwest winds will become gusty today, ahead of an approaching 
cold front. winds will become west to northwest and remain gusty 
this evening and overnight, behind the cold front. a few gusts to 
gale force are expected in the northern third of the lake this 
afternoon and evening. breezy north to northwest winds are then 
expected to linger into the weekend. these winds will weaken by 
sunday night, as high pressure around 30.6 inches builds into the
upper midwest.
