...widespread frost likely in many coastal areas late monday night
and tuesday morning...

producing much cooler and blustery conditions. there will be

widespread freezing temperatures across inland areas from late
monday night into tuesday morning. in addition, frost is likely in
coastal areas as temperatures drop to near freezing.
