for waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on lake michigan

.synopsis...a broad area of high pressure averaging 30.2 inches 
spans the eastern great lakes and the northeastern states. low 
pressure of 29.5 inches lies over the northern plains. the high will 
settle southeast over the mid atlantic coast today while the low 
will weaken to 29.8 inches and gradually slide east to lake superior 
by friday evening. this low will continue to weaken but another low 
of 29.7 inches will develop over the plains...then lift north into 
manitoba sunday. low pressure will continue to dominate the plains 
through the middle of next week.
