the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...
a 29.9 inch low over the saint lawrence valley will track 
northeastward to labrador today, and will finish pushing its 
trailing cold front across the lake this morning. in the wake of 
the cold front, a 30.7 inch high will build across the great 
lakes tonight and thursday, before drifting off the new england 
coastline on friday. a 30.0 inch trough will cross the lake later
friday with 30.2 inch high pressure extending south across the 
lake saturday.
