.synopsis...a 29.6 inch low located north of lake ontario will
move slowly down the saint lawrence valley thursday...then
stall off the coast of maine friday and saturday. the storm
center will rotate north to the canadian maritimes on sunday while
a 30.3 inch high will be centered over the great lakes.
