1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis... 
a 30.2 inch high anchored off the east coast will remain in place
through monday. a 29.8 inch cold front will push south across the
lake monday evening. a 30.1 inch high will build across the upper
great lakes in the wake of the front late monday night and 
tuesday. general high pressure will then spread across the lower 
great lakes wednesday and thursday.
