.synopsis...a 30.0 inch high pressure ridge near james bay will 
build southward into the northern great lakes tonight and will 
remain nearly stationary before drifting to lake huron late
thursday night and then eastward into southeastern ontario friday
morning. a 29.6 inch low will slowly move northeastward across
illinois friday and be located over southern lower michigan by
saturday afternoon. as the low moves to new england sunday
afternoon, a 30.3 inch high pressure ridge will build over the 
upper great lakes monday morning and drift southeastward across
lower michigan monday evening.
