.synopsis...a 29.1 inch low moving east across quebec will push a
cold front across the lake tonight. high pressure over the plains
states will then build across the ohio valley and lower great 
lakes wednesday and thursday. a 28.9 inch low is forecast to pass 
just north of lake superior friday and into quebec saturday which 
will push another cold front across the lake.
