this ridge drifts to quebec on monday...a 29.5 inch low pressure 
will organize over the central plains. the low will track across 
western lake superior on tuesday then exit into quebec on tuesday
night while another low pressure system of 29.4 inches moves from
the central plains to the upper great lakes. the low is expected 
to move across the upper great lakes at 29.3 inches on wednesday.
