canadian maritimes sunday night into monday. a surface ridge
averaging 30.0 inches will build across lake michigan sunday
before quickly shifting to the east sunday evening. broad low
pressure of around 29.5 inches will move across the central and
northern plains into monday and reach the upper great lakes monday
night. the low will deepen to 29.4 inches while consolidating
across central and southern ontario tuesday. the low will then
track near or across southern james bay tuesday night while

nova scotia by sunday night as a high pressure ridge of 30.1 inches
across the northern plains pushes into the ohio valley on sunday and
the eastern seaboard by monday. low pressure of 29.6 inches will
follow the ridge and cross the upper great lakes late monday night
into tuesday...then deepen to 29.2 inches while lifting to central
quebec by wednesday morning. a weak 30.1 inch high pressure ridge
will drift from the northern plains to the upper mississippi valley
on wednesday before dissipating over the upper great lakes on
thursday. meanwhile...weak 30.0 inch low pressure will track
southeastward into the middle mississippi valley on thursday.
