the eastern ohio valley and mid atlantic coast through friday. 
meanwhile, low pressure of 29.4 inches over northwestern quebec 
will move toward the canadian maritimes tonight into wednesday. a
second and much stronger low averaging 28.8 inches will take a 
similar track across northern manitoba wednesday to hudson bay on 
thursday. the cold front trailing from this low will move across 
the lake wednesday night into thursday. another strong low 
pressure area will move across the canadian prairies on friday and
