.synopsis...a 28.8 inch low will move northeast through quebec 
tonight. in its wake, expansive high pressure over the southern 
plains will build across the lower mississippi valley and cross 
the southern states on monday. a 29.1 inch low just south of james
bay on tuesday will push a cold front across the lake tuesday 
night. high pressure over the plains on wednesday will then build 
across the ohio valley and lower great lakes wednesday night and 
thursday.
