...thunderstorms possible late tonight through early friday...
a tropical air mass from mexico will move into the coastal waters
south of point mugu tonight...then move northward into all the
coastal waters by thursday afternoon. this air mass may result in
isolated thunderstorms capable of producing brief gusty
winds...heavy rainfall with reduce visibility...small
hail...dangerous lightning...or waterspouts.
mariners should consider remaining in safe harbor through this
event...and monitor noaa weather radio or your favorite weather
source for the latest information.
