If you cant find someone reputable in that area, try these folks.

They do great work at reasonable prices. As for shipping sails, get a cardboard tube from a carpet dealer and cut to size. UPS has good rates on this type of package. |

On the Peninsula, theres a place in San Mateo on N. Amphlett Blvd, just north of Penisula Av. It does yacht sails mainly, but will do windsurfer sails too. See http://www.halseylidgard.com/
