Try Vela, they are first class all the way for Margarita, without huge $$.

I used them for Margarita and loved it!

windsurfing paradise is a great spot, there is a nathalie simon centre there which rents ahd boards and pryde sails-killer combo.if you are into kiting the wipika school also operates there next to extreme windsurfing.kiting is only permitted on the main beach before 10am or after 5.most kiters go out in the morning as the evening wind is gusty.check out the vela website for the properties they offer.vela has f2,jp boards and pryde sails.when booking with vela i normally take the beach hotel, which is right above the center.if youre honeymooning make sure you ask for a sea facing room.march is awesome month for wind.vela also offers great excursions-coche island the flattest water you could ever imagine, and los roques-idyllic islands that offer windsurfing and fantastic tranquility.
