A friend invited me to vist him at his new cabin at Silverlake in Calif outside of Victorville. He says that he sees a lot of windsurfers out on the lake. My questions are what are normally the best wind conditions that fire up the lake and what months does it regularly fire up. Also since this has been an unusual summer season for So Cal is Silverlake having better a than average season or longer season this year?
