I went to one as a novice a couple of years ago in Hatteras, and I thought it was excellent. The glowing reviews on their website are pretty accurate. Id go again, but I think it turns out to be ~$150/day, which I think is pricey for group lessons. If the local conditions are such that getting skunked is rare enough, it might well be worth it. Although, Im sure you would learn all kinds of lightwind freestyle moves if the wind was light.
