I have used this web site for three or so years to get a good idea of the winds on the coast that develop from systems. Use it to plan windsurf vacations all over the place. Click on NGP for (Nogaps) go to the bottom where it reads over the ocean surface winds, there are other queries, and it is good for the whole world. Combine it with the regional forecast site and you will almost never get skunked. I havent yet, but, never say never. http://152.80.49.204/PUBLIC/WXMAP/GLOBAL/
