Windsurfing in Peru

Anybody know what windsurfing is like in Peru? I was in Lima last week and learned that their weather patterns in the summer (November to May) are similar to San Franciscos with fog in the morning, burning back around mid-day with nice winds following. I also saw some nice swells. Lima isnt exactly a resort destination, but with over a thousand miles of coast line, I figured their might be some really neat spots somewhere.
