They predicted a dip in the wind at Swell City for 9:00 Monday morning (Jun 31). Check out Mondays wind chart -- and realize that the Gorge has been EXCEPTIONALLY gusty and holey this year.

Guess Id better ask them what sail to rig for the Hatchery on Aug 17 ... Ill get there about 5:45 .. and will be launching from the third rock east of Kodak Point ... on an 8.0 with a 9 fin. I weigh 181.

Shoot, we cant whine ALL the time even if this IS a venting forum.

Prozac just lowered even HIS status to one of the most negative people on the internet by ranting and whining about a COMPLIMENT for iWIndsights July 31 forecast. Doesnt that strike the rest of you as about as low as one can get?

That, or one the dumbest, if he didnt even realize it was a compolioment.

Which is it, prozac ... sick or dumb?

And maybe one of the adults here can give me a clue whats wrong with todays children. I simply dontt understand why they think theres anything remotely positive or attractive (let elone cool) about being SO negative.

Sorry to disappoint you, prozac, but my weight -- and waist size -- havent changed two in more than 35 years. But age does suck; I have definitely lost some endurance the past couple of years, but have never gotten sore from sailing like most of my buds do. But I gave up griping about gusty Gorge winds many years ago. I may inform people of them, but I long ago learned how to cope with em, and you know the solution as well as I do.

And, sorry again to disappoint you, but it is I, not you, who determines when I chose to respond. I happen to enjoy jerking your chain even though I do it rationally rather than antagonistically.

Just for the record: This posting referred to a compliment for iWindsights July 31 forecast. I believe they meant to say iWindsurf.coms July 31 forecast. Windsight is a seperate company. (I know most of you know this, and Ill bet Mike just mistyped the word, but there is still some confusion out there...)
