Now that the Preview is over, its back to the more reliable NWS forecasts. It was interesting to see the forecasts, but they were not all that accurate, so no great loss. |

Oh, but the NWS doesnt give us minute-by-minute charts so we can make an occasional pass by the computer, watching the wind build as we actually ACCOMPLISH something, then crank the engine and split for the beach 30 minutes away when the chart hits our personal wind threshold. Thats sheer heaven, after years of having to drive 185 miles for an afternoon of sailing and hope the forecast was right.
NWS cant top THAT.
