At the last minute before our local gang went south, one of them had the insight (and bucks) to write a check out for a new motor home, a Hobie Cat, extra diving gear (SCUBA and snorkeling), a pair of jet skis, mountain bikes, kites (the land version), some new sailing gear, some books, and even a Game Boy for all I know. The group got to use alll that crap much more than they used their windsurfing gear.

As always ... TAYS. (Take All Yer Stuff)

San Carlos is windy all summer. Bring your wave board. sails 5.5 and under. one small surfboard for south swells. Longboard.mountain bike (definitely). kiteboard(?) the breaks get crowded- but theres plenty of room outside. a full suit. Warm cloths. You have to bring all your water food beer because theres nothing out there. 2 hours+ on bad road to nearest town. Wont tell you how to get there- its a secret spot haha.
closest town is el rosario. Buy a map and let the adventure begin!
