The launch site is now closed.

For future reference I have posted a satellite photo of the Treasure Island launch site at http://usafishing.com/treasure.html

There seems to be a lot of confusion about the status of Treasure Island sailing during this transition period from military to civilian control. The most recent word is that as far as the military police are concerned the boat ramp is closed. Since this is the best launch it means Treasure Island is basically closed to sailing. We need to get organized to put some pressure on the authorities to open the boat ramp. Mike Godsey
