Boy! this sure is a venting arena ... what a lot of whining going on.
Ya know, its really hard to figure out the wind anywhere accurately, and being able to to so in any arena that has more than one site and an expanse of water and conditions would have to be an expensive endeavor. Any site or organization that can help in any way, should be appreciated..
Otherwise, do what someone else suggested:
get on your board and sail...then you can figure out whats happening at the moment..

Conditions fluctuate too often to get more than
an estimation...
