Of course he is in your world where facts don't matter & all decisions are based on a gut feeling. I'm surprised you left out the justice system & courts off your "criminal" list, and if convicted I'm sure you will be adding the jurors to the list.

Right-wingers tried to put Carter in Jail demanding and getting a special counsel for Carter's peanut farm business making extra because he was president. yet that was in a blind trust. Again that was over peanuts we had a special prosecutor.
Next Clinton had a special prosecutor for 7 years a ultra partisan dual scum of Kenny boy starr (Epstein defender) and now supreme conflict of interest rapey Kavanaugh. Kav wanted Clinton in jail... Not one grand jury indictment for the original whitewater 70k investment Hillary lost. How many more years of clintons charities and so on with not one grand jury indictment?
did trump ever get that obama birth certificate... gee he investigated Hallary when he was president and what we are on yeat 6 or 7 in the Hunter Biden investigation. (which I believe Hunter should be going to jail if I was on the jury from what I have seen), but 7 years by a life long republican.

so i made one.. like the orange letters? really big...
