As for Morning in America, I worry that with the filibuster safely in place, Democrats will not be able to achieve enough of the things that noticeably improve people's lives to convince them in sufficient numbers two years from now.

McConnell proved that if you want to get things done, you move the filibuster out of the way. However, given his status as Minority Leader again, he will again abuse the filibuster readily without any reservation. He needs to be stripped of his tools if he proves that his primary goal is to stifle Democrats and get nothing done.
