Bill Clinton.... 6 or so years of investigations over a land deal he lost money in, 70K , he did testify under oath when he was president. Not one indictment by a grand jury. Two investigations first one the right wing partisan republican said there were no crimes, right wing cried and then second run by two ultra partisan right wingers, Starr and Kavenaugh.

Hillary Clinton was it 4 years or so plus 2+ more under trump Nunes was one of the kingpin yet he claims these present ones are a waste of time.
