I couldn't care less who won the Saints/Rams game except for one factor: the 12th man BS. The only football I watch is a couple of playoff games, and I watch for only one thing: FOOTBALL. Crowds deliberately screaming expressly to affect the outcome is about as close to cheating as it can get, IMO. That's one of the reasons I pull for whomever the Seahawks are playing. |

That's why they call it "homefield advantage" what else would it be? So you don't like homefield advantage is what you're saying.
Now if the zebras could do their job, the outcome would have been different. I was hoping the Rams won, but the zebras handed it to them. The Saints have a right to be utterly pissed off at the officiating, that non-call was terrible! |

I'm glad NE won, now the Rams can get revenge for their SB loss to them. |

That will be the theme for the next two weeks for sure...Dickerson and Faulk will be stirring up a shitstorm and just motivating the Pats....
I don't think the Rams will be nearly the challenge the Chiefs were...But as they say.. "any given Sunday". |

If KC won that game, Mahomes would have been the new NFL poster boy, cover of Sports Illustrated, Time, and People magazines. Just 23, he's got that look, and the media would have eaten him up in the two weeks between this game and the Super Bowl. |

He's good .. he had an amazing season and played great tonight...KC most likely would have won if they didn't leave two minutes on the clock.. huge mistake by Reid...imo |

I agree the refs handed the game to the Rams, but there's a big difference between a simple home turf edge and taking advantage of that edge by deliberately, selectively, boastfully, and harmfully interfering with a team's ability to communicate and permanently damaging their ears. Seattle, Kansas City, and New Orleans stadiums are waging a shameful war to see who can most effectively replace football proficiency with acoustic weaponry (at least one stadium -- Seattle's, IIRC -- was designed for that purpose, and their sound levels get hundreds to thousands of times stronger than is required to permanently damage hearing).
In my scores of open-class desert races throughout Utah over many years, I always gave every opponent room to race even when in tight quarters (e.g., forests, tortuous slickrock passages, cliffs, narrow canyons, two-track "roads", much more) to see who could RIDE better -- not better sabotage or handicap the next guy. Ditto in years of U.S.A.F. intramural football, when I could have snuck in some advanced Taekwondo blows when outclassed by another player (instead, I complimented him), and in high school track, when making the state champ sprinter wear concrete shoes might have let me beat him (Oddly, I couldn't find a way to implement that idea).
IMO, that inexcusable non-call was well-deserved karma. |

How about the Colts, they were caught pumping in crowd noise over the audio system... |
