My fear with Kav, is we will have a slightly smarter version of Sean Hannity in the robe for 30+ years....we can certainly do better.... |
But the dems could'nt expose that in three days of hearings, countless meeting, 1200 questions, and more material than the past 5 nominees.
What you're really saying is the dems failed to prove anything close to your ignorant points about Kavanaugh.....so they resorted to scum tactics....that's called desperation. |

Sens Hirono and Jillebrand have already publicly declared Kavanaugh guilty, despite two GLARING facts that prove they're total fools:
1. We are innocent until proven guilty in this country.
2. WE DON'T EVEN KNOW YET WHAT THE SPECIFIC ALLEGATIONS ARE.
And to think these people make our laws!
No WONDER the left is scared to death of a Supreme who actually believes in our constitution.
How can ANY rational person vote for a broad who says, on camera, several times in several ways, that all men are liars, all women are "to be believed"? Hirono is among the most disgusting, anti-American, misandrous pigs in Washington. |

Seems to me that isobars is a pretty angry guy right now. You can see it in all the capitalization and bold supersizing. I'm thinking that a regimen of "green" might be prescribed to help out. |

you moron innocent before guilty did not apply to Bill Clinton, 7 years of investigation by ultra right-wing hacks without one grand jury indictment. and trump even brought them to the debate. you low-level idiot.
Then we had Obama trump was making claims till almost the election that he was not an american.
then we have Benghazi of about 7 senate and congressional investigations and she testified for what 10 hours under oath and answered all questions.
Next there are plenty of people coming forward to back up the accusers. In fact, even Kav freshman roommate pretty much said he is a drunken fool and cannot recommend taking his word. And the second accuser he also knew and said we should take her word. Not to mention she did not come forward people that heard about it at the time told reporters and they tracked her down. hahahaha the facts do hurt.
you are a stupid idiot who probably cost america millions to 100s of millions unless you were peeling potatoes in the military. If you were peeling potatoes thanks for your service, if not you should return our money for being defective.
try posting some facts you moron... not more alex jones BS. _________________ when good people stay silent the right wing are the only ones heard. |

again, this is NOT a trial, rather an extensive background check. The FoxNews interview should disqualify the judge, what a sham... |

Yes it is, a de facto trial of sorts, and for those of you who say stuff like the presumption of innocence (rules of a charge), need not apply because it's not a trial, need to keep something in mind.
Jurisprudence is based on common sense. |

One wonders why the right wing jurists on the Supreme Court concocted the "corporations are people" conclusion under the Citizens United decision. For so called Constitutional originalists, it was hardly based on common sense or good policy. However, they knew that unlimited corporate money could leverage our elections and the results in the direction they wanted to go. Clearly they were "legislating from the bench". They are the worst kind of hypocrites. |
