You really a moron SW and completely full of shit. The Garland situation was very unique with the untimely death of Scalia and a looming election in a few months. The Republicans were simply saving the country from useless hearings when they knew he would never get appointed at the time.
Republicans have never pulled off the crap dems have. The Thomas hearings were disgraceful and an all time low before this. Obama had two picks and they met next to zero resistance. |

Secondly, my impression of Brett Kavanaugh is that we could do much better.
Seems like a lightweight, certainly no Neil Gorsuch.. |

1st of all, they were women. 2nd they were confirmed with over 90% of the vote. Republicans are superior in every way.

I disagree. I read his opinions from his time on Ken Starr's team, and its a joke how much his opinions have changed as he has become way too political. There are many people in this great country with substantially better judgement, and resumes than Brett Kavanaugh...
...AND he was head of the committee for W that brought us the Harriet Myers nominations--one of the biggest jokes in US politics ever....
..and BTW- Merrick Garland is more qualified than Brett Kavanaugh, but that didn't matter... |
