even if fake plant by the russians should be investigated to the fullest till it is determined it is not a russian counter media propaganda to harm liberals.

Considering it is a fact that a female filed a court case with other witnesses sworn testimony trump raped her when she was 13 years old. There should be no limits into such investigations considering trumps longest and closest best friend was Epstein.

Witness Alleges Donald Trump Raped 12-Year-Old ‘Maria,’ Threatened 13-Year-Old ‘Jane Doe’ Would Disappear Like ‘Maria’ If She Revealed She Was Also Raped

Quote:
According to Tiffany Doe, after raping Jane Doe, Trump threatened to harm her and her family if she revealed what happened to her. Trump also allegedly warned Jane Doe that she should never talk about what happened to her if she did not want to disappear like 12-year-old Maria.

“I personally witnessed Defendant Trump telling the Plaintiff that she shouldn’t ever say anything if she didn’t want to disappear like the 12-year-old female Maria, and that he was capable of having her whole family killed,” Tiffany Doe alleged.

Tiffany Doe said that after she stopped working for Epstein as a “party planner” in 2002, he threatened to kill her and her family if she ever talked about witnessing child rape at his parties.

Trump can't stop lawsuit by E. Jean Carroll, who accused him of rape: Judge

President Donald Trump cannot delay or stop a defamation lawsuit by a former advice columnist who has accused him of rape, a judge in New York has ruled.

The judge, Verna Saunders, denied Trump's request to stay the defamation lawsuit brought by E. Jean Carroll.

Saunders cited the recent Supreme Court decision that allowed Manhattan DA Cy Vance to proceed with a subpoena for Trump's tax returns, a ruling that rejected the president's claim of absolute immunity from any aspect of criminal procedure while in office.

"This court construes the holding in Vance applicable to all state court proceedings in which a sitting President is involved, including those involving his or her unofficial/personal conduct," Saunders wrote.

The White House declined to comment on this latest update.

Carroll, who served as an advice columnist at Elle magazine for over 20 years, has accused Trump of raping her in the 1990s. He has denied ever meeting her.

She sued him for defamation, arguing he damaged her reputation and career – she lost her job at Elle – by denying her story and claiming she took money from political opponents to fabricate it.

"We are very gratified that Judge Saunders, recognizing the clear holding of the Supreme Court in Vance, has rejected President Trump's assertion of absolute immunity and has denied his motion to stay E. Jean Carroll's case," her attorney, Roberta Kaplan said.

"We are now eager to move forward with discovery so that we can prove that Donald Trump defamed E Jean Carroll when he lied about her in connection with her brave decision to tell the truth about the fact that Donald Trump had sexually assaulted her."

"See you in court," Carroll tweeted Friday, tagging the president.

Judge rules E. Jean Carroll can continue to seek Trump's DNA in defamation suit

Quote:
New York (CNN)A New York state Supreme Court judge on Thursday denied President Donald Trump's effort to delay the proceedings in a defamation lawsuit filed against him by longtime magazine columnist E. Jean Carroll, a move that allows her to pursue his DNA sample in an effort to prove claims he sexually assaulted her in the 1990s.

In her ruling, Justice Verna Saunders wrote that a recent Supreme Court decision regarding Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance's subpoena for Trump's financial records demonstrates that a state court can exercise jurisdiction over a sitting President, meaning Carroll's case against Trump should be allowed to proceed.
"This court construes the holding in Vance applicable to all state court proceedings in which a sitting President is involved, including those involving his or her unofficial/personal conduct," the judge wrote.
Lawyers for Trump didn't immediately respond to a request for comment on Saunders's ruling.

Carroll, an advice columnist who for years wrote for Elle Magazine, alleged in a lawsuit filed last fall that Trump sexually assaulted her in a dressing room at luxury Manhattan department store Bergdorf Goodman in the 1990s. Trump has denied the allegation, calling it "totally false" and saying he "never met this person in my life."

In January, attorneys for Carroll served an attorney for Trump with papers requesting a sample of his DNA to compare with male genetic material found on the black Donna Karan dress Carroll says she wore during the alleged encounter at Bergdorf's.
That request was put on hold in the wake of an order from the judge that halted discovery requests until Trump's motion to stay the case has been decided.

Trump's lawyers had argued to the court that the Carroll case should be delayed until a state appeals court rules in another, similar case brought by former "Apprentice" contestant Summer Zervos on the question of whether the state courts have jurisdiction over him while he occupies the White House.

But lawyers for Carroll said Trump shouldn't be allowed to delay the case in light of the fact that he has both continued to handle other cases as a defendant while serving as President and has also continued to file lawsuits. They submitted further arguments in the wake of the Vance ruling, arguing that it should permit their case to move forward.

Trump sexual assault allegations: How many women have accused the president?

Quote:
Years after women first came forward to accuse then-presidential candidate Donald Trump of sexual assault or harassment, the issue has never left the president alone.

A full 26 incidents of “unwanted sexual contact” and 43 instances of inappropriate behaviour were detailed in a book, All the President’s Women: Donald Trump and the Making of a Predator, which drew on over 100 interviews — many exclusive — and added to a list of nearly two dozen women who had previously accused him of sexual assault or misconduct.

In one interview, alleged victim Karen Johnson invoked the the infamous “Access Hollywood” tape, in which he made vulgar comments about women. “When he says that thing, ‘Grab them by the pussy,’ that hits me hard because when he grabbed me and pulled me into the tapestry, that’s where he grabbed me — he grabbed me there in my front and pulled me in,” Ms Johnson said.

Beyond the remarks in that video — which Mr Trump’s team have always dismissed as “locker room talk” — accusations of sexual assault and harassment persist, with new ones surfacing even today. Amy Dorris, a former model, is the latest woman to join the list.

Here’s a roundup of some of the women who have accused Mr Trump of sexual assault or harassment.

Judge blocks DOJ from defending Trump in lawsuit over rape allegation

Quote:
A federal judge on Tuesday rejected the Department of Justice's (DOJ) effort to intervene on President Trump's behalf in a lawsuit over a writer's accusation that he raped her in the mid-1990s.

Judge Lewis Kaplan, of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, ruled the president is not an employee of the government and that the allegations don't regard conduct in his official capacity.

E. Jean Carroll, a former magazine columnist, sued Trump in his personal capacity for defamation last year after he publicly denied her allegation of rape. Kaplan's ruling means Trump cannot use the DOJ to defend him in the case.

"President Trump's comments concerned media reports about an alleged sexual assault that took place more than twenty years before he took office," Kaplan, who was appointed by former President Clinton, wrote in his 61-page decision. "Neither the media reports nor the underlying allegations have any relationship to his official duties."

Carroll published her allegation in June 2019 in New York magazine, writing that Trump, then a private businessman, sexually assaulted her in a department store dressing room.

Trump denied the allegations, saying "she's not my type."

A White House spokesman was not immediately able to comment. A spokeswoman for the DOJ declined to comment.

Roberta Kaplan, Carroll's attorney, hailed the decision.

"The simple truth is that President Trump defamed our client because she was brave enough to reveal that he had sexually assaulted her, and that brutal, personal attack cannot be attributed to the Office of the President," Roberta Kaplan said. "We look forward to moving forward with E. Jean Carroll's defamation case against Donald Trump in his personal capacity in federal court."

The DOJ had successfully moved the case from New York state court to federal court earlier this year. It later argued that Trump is covered by the Federal Tort Claims Act, a law that allows certain suits to be brought against government employees acting in their official capacity.

But the law does not allow for defamation cases against government officials, meaning that if the judge had sided with the DOJ over the issue, Carroll's suit would likely have been thrown out.

The DOJ argued that Trump was acting in official capacity when he addressed Carroll's allegations, partly because refuting her claims would help him better carry out his duties. But the judge on Tuesday ruled that theory would be far too expansive if it were adopted by the courts.

"While the government's position is not entirely without merit, it goes much too far," the judge wrote. "Accepting it would mean that a president is free [to] defame anyone who criticizes his conduct or impugns his character-without adverse consequences to that president and no matter what injury he inflicts on the person defamed."

ahh shows they know that the information can and better be released by Biden.

How many years did the right wing have Hillary investigations after she was out of office was it about 20 investigations by the house and senate. And not one fact was uncovered that caused a grand jury to indict. And she testified under oath for what 10 or so hours.

These dems better have some guts and go for the juggler on Trump and his criminals. Begin by releasing all the falsly classified documents. Remember Supreme court illigetimate Justice Kavanaugh when investigation Clinton with his pedophile lover Kenny boy Starr released the grand jury and all investigative materials to the house.

Washington — The Democratic-led House Judiciary Committee is requesting the Supreme Court delay oral arguments in a closely watched dispute over the disclosure of secret grand jury materials from special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election, citing President-elect Joe Biden's victory over President Trump and the start of a new Congress in January.

Lawyers for House Democrats asked the court in a filing Tuesday to remove the case from its December 2020 argument calendar, as pushing back the oral argument currently set for December 2 "would be in the best interest of the parties and the court and may conserve judicial resources."

"The committee's investigations into misconduct by President Trump, oversight of agency activities during the Trump administration, and consideration of related legislative reforms have remained ongoing. But a new Congress will convene in the first week of January 2021, and President-elect Biden will be inaugurated on January 20, 2021," House lawyers wrote. "Once those events occur, the newly constituted committee will have to determine whether it wishes to continue pursuing the application for the grand-jury materials that gave rise to this case."

Weissmann: Citizen Trump should be prosecuted for obstructing Special Counsel Mueller

Quote:
Andrew Weissmann, former lead prosecutor for Special Counsel Robert Mueller, talks about why it's important that Donald Trump, as a citizen after he leaves office, face accountability for crimes he may have committed before he was elected as well as potential crimes while in office, like obstructing the special counsel's investigation.
