Top of wing, port or starboard , bungee cord ( stretchy with hooks at each end)
Around the wing, no need to make mounts ,its a JP .

Looks like a horrible and dangerous idea.
Has this been done before? I wouldn't want to mess with the aerodynamics and effect on stability.
We all know what boards on roof racks do to mileage. How are you going to account for extra fuel consumption?
Ever try to carry that board in 30 kts in your hands? Now up it to 150 and deal with the square function of force and wind speed.

Based on almost 20 years of flying I'd have no problem with externally loaded boards or bikes. So long as the center of gravity is within limits and the load is secure there really isn't anything to it.
