Hi mcquaid,
The Leo sensor is in the queue for repair. The sensor repair team is flying around the country repairing sensors in the order they failed factored by if it is the peak season or the "off" season. We have over 600 of our own sensors around the USA etc. with about a 99% up time. But at any given time there are a number of sensors that are down due to lightening, bird strikes, fishing lines, tower failure, hurricanes, corrision etc.
Hope to get the Leo sensor up soon.
